“Everybody wants to be happy, and it is easier to enjoy
life when the body and mind carry a lighter burden of
pain or discomfort.”
Ellen has a background as a yoga, relaxation and meditation
teacher, and has practiced as a Homeopath and Bowen therapist
since 1998.
Osteopathy is the latest addition to her repertoire of skills, and
she completed her Bachelor of Health Science Osteopathy in 2006,
and Master of Osteopathy in 2008 at University of Western Sydney.
Ellen’s Osteopathic treatment aims to align the skeletal structure,
relax the muscles and increase circulation and energy levels.
Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine using remedies that
are highly diluted to minimize side-effects. It can be used separately
or in conjunction with Osteopathy to speed up healing and increase
wellbeing.
Ellen’s special interests include the treatment of low back dysfunction
and how it influences the whole person. She is also a keen student of
body/mind interactions and therapies.
